All orders are usually delivered using a signed for service unless you specify otherwise. Please consider an alternative delivery address if it is unlikely that you will be able to sign for your parcel and please make sure that the parcel is intact when you do receive and sign for it. For EU mail please allow up to 5 working days and for Worldwide mail please allow up to 10 days.

If however there is a problem then we will offer an exchange or a refund if we receive an email as soon as possible with the details and the item is returned within 7 days. Please make sure that you obtain a proof of postage certificate for your return. A refund cannot be made if returns are lost in the post and there is no proof of postage. Postage is none refundable. Earrings will not be exchanged due to strict health and hygiene guidelines.
